These Terms of Use apply to the receipt by the User (hereinafter referred to as "you", "User") of services, access and use of the Website https://shotmeal.io and/or the Telegram bot https://t.me/ShotMealBot and all other products and services of @ShotMealBot (hereinafter referred to as services, service, Telegram bot, Website, https://shotmeal.io, "we", "us", "our").
Any further use of the Website and/or Telegram bot or any part thereof, including the receipt of services, means that you have read and understood the Terms of Use and agree to comply with all sections of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Full and unconditional acceptance of this public offer is considered to be the fact of starting to use the Service and registering in the Telegram bot.
Minimum age.
Services on the Website and/or Telegram bot are available only to persons who have reached the age of majority in accordance with the legislation of the country of which such person is a resident and/or citizen and who are capable of entering into legally binding contracts in accordance with applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, Services on the Website and/or Telegram bot are not intended for use by minors. If you do not meet these requirements, please do not use the Services and do not visit the Website and/or do not register in the Telegram bot.
Changes to Terms of Use.
The provisions of these terms of use may be subsequently changed. Each time we make changes, we will publish a new version on this page.
Any changes to these Terms and Policy take effect immediately upon their publication. Your continued use of the Service after changes are made to these Terms and Policy means your agreement to these changes. If you do not wish to agree to any changes to these Terms and Policy, immediately stop using the Service.
To receive paid services on the Website, the User must select the appropriate tariff using the active "Start" button function.
To receive paid services in the Telegram bot, the User must select the active "Subscription" button function.
Payment is made through Telegram Stars. To pay for the selected service, the User will have access to Telegram Stars payment method.
Refunds.
You may request a full refund within 14 days from the date of your purchase. Refunds are issued at the original payment amount, regardless of usage within this period.
How to request a refund.
To request a refund, contact us at support@shotmeal.io and include the Telegram username or user ID used for the purchase, along with the approximate date and amount of the payment. We will process eligible refund requests within 7 business days.
How refunds are processed.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method. For payments made with Telegram Stars, refunded Stars are returned to your Telegram Stars balance. They cannot be converted into fiat currency by us — this is a limitation of the Telegram Stars system. Once returned to your balance, Stars can be used for any other purchase available through Telegram.
Subscription renewals.
Our subscriptions do not renew automatically. Each subscription term is a one-time purchase and ends without further charges. There is no need to cancel — simply do not purchase the next term.
Exceptions.
Refunds may be denied if a request is submitted after the 14-day window, or in cases of fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy.
